1. Cancelling before delivery
You can cancel an order for a full refund at any time before your review is delivered. Just open Your orders and tap Cancel. If your reviewer hasn't started yet, the refund is issued straight away. If she's already working on it, we review the request and refund you — usually within 2 business days.
Your review is guaranteed to arrive (we aim to deliver within 7 days). If a reviewer runs late, your order is not automatically refunded — the review still comes, and you can always cancel for a full refund while you wait.
2. Refunds after delivery
Once your review is delivered, you have a 7-day satisfaction window to request a refund if any of the following apply:
- The delivered review does not work — for example, the audio walkthrough will not play, or files are missing or corrupted
- The review is materially incomplete, or contains content that violates our Acceptable Use & Content Policy
3. What is not refundable
Honest feedback that you disagree with is the product, not a defect. A reviewer giving your photos a lower rating than you hoped, or recommending against a photo you like, is not on its own grounds for a refund. If you're unhappy with a delivered review, we may first offer a complimentary re-review by the same reviewer before considering a refund. That said, we read every request, and we will always make it right where a review was genuinely not delivered or did not work.
4. How to request a refund
Sign in and use the refund request form at photomaxxing.com/refund, or email hi@photomaxxing.com. Please include your order number and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.
5. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe, our payment processor. When a refund is granted, the full amount you paid — including our platform fee — is refunded. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
